Yes. OEM and ODM orders start from 1,000 units. Pantone-matched colour, branded packaging, a printed specification chart, custom tank capacity and a custom startup step are supported, and firmware options such as a default sleep step, a custom timer set, a light-off default, a humidity target range or a maximum-step lock are handled in-house. App and skill branding under the buyer's own name is available on the WiFi models.
Q: What is the MOQ, sample lead time and production lead time?
Standard SKU MOQ is 300 units. OEM and ODM MOQ is 1,000 units. Samples ship in 5-7 days from the engineering team. Production runs 15-25 days depending on SKU mix and customisation, and we hold spare disc, wick and cartridge inventory for distributor accounts so restock orders move faster than first orders.
Q: Do you accept trade-company, sourcing-agent and cross-border-trader cooperation?
Yes, and this is a priority channel for us.
